Free-Machinery Embroidery Workshop. Sunday 25th February 2024

10am - 4pm

Experiment and have fun with Free-machine Embroidery and take home a finished piece of your own design.

All the pictured work has been created by students at one of my workshops.

Bring your own machine with a darning foot for free-machine embroidery.
I have spare machines at the studio for those who would like to borrow one to use.

The workshop will begin with me showing you how to set up your sewing machine for this technique.
We will experiment with drawing with the machine, then go on to use a range of fabrics to collage and appliqué with: creating samples and then a final appliqué picture.

This one day workshop is suitable for beginners, and for those with experience.

The workshop includes all materials needed.

Refreshments, snacks and homemade cake will be provided on the day.

Please bring along a packed lunch.
There is a fridge and microwave available at the studio.

Refunds are only given for cancellations up to two weeks before the workshop date, minus a £10 booking and admin fee.

Any cancellations within two weeks of the workshop date are non refundable.
